The Company will collect and/or acquire Personal Information only to the extent necessary for its business and in a manner appropriate and lawful.

4. Proper Management of Personal Information
The Personal Information will be kept up-to date, and the Company shall take measures to protect Personal Information from unlawful access, and to prevent loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc. of the Personal Information.

5. Retention of Personal Information and Disposition
Once fulfilled its purpose of use and retained for appropriate duration, Personal Information and/or any record of it will be properly deleted.

6. Limitation on Providing Personal Information to a Third Party
The Company will not provide Personal Information to any third party in principle unless the individual concerned has agreed to such use or required by law. However, the Company may provide Personal Information to relevant entities without customer’s consent if:

• Company entrusts to a third party the management of Personal Information that is necessary to achieve the Purpose of Use.
• Company is one of the parties in the consolidation transaction.
• Company uses Personal Information jointly with such designated entities that are publicly informed.

7. Control of Contractors
When a third party is consigned to deal with the Personal Information (such third party shall hereinafter be referred to as “Contractor”), Company shall take such necessary measures as executing a confidentiality agreement that will allow the third party to properly manage the Personal Information.

9. Requests for Disclosure of Personal Information
The Company shall promptly respond to any direct requests or inquiries for disclosure, correction, deletion or suspension of use of the Personal Information, unless required otherwise by law.

10. Management System
The Company will maintain, update and manage Personal Information with utmost accuracy, and will implement reasonable safety measures in order to prevent problems such as information leaks.
The Company will also ensure supervision of employees and contractors handling Personal Information.

11. Use of Cookies and IP Addresses on the Company Website
Though the Company may use cookies and log IP addresses to collect statistical data of Website access, such information obtained would not personally identify a user.

12. Continuous Improvements
In view of the developments in information technology and the changes in social requirements, the Company will implement continuous improvements in its management structure and approaches to ensure protection of the Personal Information.
