  • We handle packages with the declared value no greater than US$1,500.
  • Price includes liability for loss or damage of up to US$ 1,500 per package (If the total declared value on our shipping document is less than US$1,500, the declared value will be the maximum amount of indemnity).

  • There are 3 payment options:
  1) Total amount to be paid by sender (all charges prepaid).
  2) Freight to be paid by sender, Import duty / tax to be paid by recipient.
  3) Total amount to be paid by recipient (all charges collect).
  • Cash, travelers checks and personal checks are accepted. Credit card payments are only accepted for 1) and 2).

  • Opium pipes, psychoactive drugs, marijuana, opium or any other types of narcotics or illegal drugs.
  • Pistols, rifles, machine guns, canons and any other firearms.
  • Explosives, combustible materials or anything that can be used to create a chemical weapon.
  • Contagious bacteria and viruses (those that may be considered for use in a terror attack).
  • Cash or corporation securities that are falsified, counterfeit or imitated in anyway.
  • Documents, pictures, sculptures, and other objects (pornographic magazines, video, DVDs, etc.) that violate public morals.
  • Objects of piracy, objects violating copyright laws, intellectual property law or patents.
  • Products, wrappings, and plants that may violate animal or plant quarantine laws.
Food Products
  • Beef jerky or any other meat products (ham, sausage, etc.)
  • Dry fruits may need to go through quarantine. Please contact the quarantine services for details.
Animals & Plants
  • Fruits, flowers, vegetables, ginseng, plant seeds, dry flower, items made out of straw, pine cones, nuts, roots of plants need to go through quarantine services.
  • You will need proper government documentation for animal horns (deer / water buffalos) and the items will have to go through animal quarantine. Bird feathers will need to go through animal quarantine as well. Processed feather products, such as down-jacket or feather quilt, are exempt from animal quarantine(However, some feathers may be incompatible with Washington Convention (CITES), so please make sure to identify the feather’s academic name beforehand).
Hazardous materials
  • Sprays, matches, benzene, paint thinner, manicure, nail polish remover, flammable oils, gas tanks of any kind and any other potentially hazardous materials.
Drugs
  • Drug or quasi-drug: up to 2-month suppies
    •Poisonous drug, powerful drug, or prescription drug: up to 1-month supply.
    •Drug or quasi-drug for external use (excluding poisonous drug, powerful drug, or prescription drug): up to 24 piece per item.
  • You do not need to take any special procedures for transporting vitamins if it is a two-month supply or less per person (two-month supply quantity is determined by the x daily value).
Others
  • For tobacco and alcohol, you will need to disclose the quantity that is being sent.
  • You will need to disclose contents of video tapes, floppy disks, DVDs, CD-ROMs.
  • We advise you to bring valuables such as cash, documents of value (marketable securities), jewelry, passbook, checks, etc. with with you as carryon items.
  • Cosmetics (including soap) do not require any extra paper work work as long as of a quantity of a single type of item does not exceed 24.
  • You can send up to 2-month supplies of disposable contact lenses.
  • Please contact us in advance for sending hunting rifles, BB guns, swords, or knives to Japan.
  • Items that infringe on the Washington Convention (bags, belts, shoes, and other items made out of leather) are subject to limitations.
